This website is operated by Complete Healthcare Solutions Limited (CHS). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to CHS. CHS offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Stripe. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Availability and supply

All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services. If for any reason a Product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on our online shop.

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

To make a purchase from our online shop you must be 18 years of age or over.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or timelier sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST") unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges are added on at the checkout and delivery prices are gst inclusive. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

All payments are processed via Stripe and are subject to Stripe terms and conditions.

Shipping, delivery and delivery charges

Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges. Delivery charges are added on at the checkout and delivery prices are gst inclusive.

We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.

For most consumable product orders the expected delivery time is 1-3 business days in the North Island and 2-4 in the South Island. If your order is placed before 3:30pm on a standard business day, we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day. Some products may not be in stock at the time of your order, if this is the case you will be informed as soon as possible and a delivery timeframe will be provided. Please note, in order to give you an accurate delivery timeframe we may be dependent on third party providers in which case the delivery timeframe could change without prior notice. We will notify you of any delays on your order as soon as possible.

Orders over $600 – freight free (excludes capital items) and sent via NZ Couriers.

Orders under $600 – calculated on size and weight and sent via NZ Couriers.

Extra charges may apply if delivery is to a non-urban area, or there are specific delivery requirements. On some equipment such as dental chairs we have special delivery options available, this is an optional extra charge.

If you are purchasing from an address outside of New Zealand, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Installation

If the Company or the manufacturer agrees to install any goods, the Purchaser will at the Purchaser's cost provide all service utilities and/or special handling equipment which may be required. For the purposes of this clause:

1. The term "service utilities" will include (without limiting the generality thereof) electric power outlets, water outlets, drains and compressed air lines; and
   
   
2. The term "special handling equipment" will include (without limiting the generality thereof) any heavy lifting gear for movement of equipment to and/or at the installation site.

If the Company is required to provide any required service utilities and/or special handling equipment the costs will be paid by the Purchaser in addition to any other monies recoverable by the Company from the Purchaser.

Installation will be made at the time of delivery or as soon as practicable following delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company the Company's responsibility to install any goods will cease if the Purchaser defers the installation.

Accuracy of Billing Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will accept the return of goods only if in saleable condition.

CHS Ltd reserves the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to providing a repair or replacement. This may result in the repair or replacement being refused.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Short dated items that have expired , or items that have been purchased more that 7 days prior to the return request being lodged, will not be accepted for return.

For unwanted goods the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Some goods are not able to be returned due to sales restrictions.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.

If you need to return an item, prior approval must be granted by CHS. Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 10 business days).

We will issue a credit to your account or Credit Card in NZ dollars.

Goods must be packaged in a sturdy box so that the outer packaging is protected from damage. If the product is not received in a resalable condition a credit will not be given and the product will be returned to the customer.

After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to the Manufacturer's warranty.

Goods incorrectly ordered

The Company at its discretion may give a credit for returned goods which were incorrectly ordered or unwanted. CHS, at their discretion, may deduct a 15% administration and handling fee.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of original delivery at customer's cost, and in the same condition and packaging in which they were dispatched.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
